Do you set New Year's resolutions and follow through, or do you tend not to?

I've found that resolutions don't work for me. What does work well for me, however, is setting intentions.

How about reviewing the past year together, yet each separately, in order to greet the new one with vigor? 

Doing it together is more effective and more fun. Alone, one tends to postpone it quickly.

That's why I want to bring together and guide those people who feel like going through this process.

In about 4 hours you will work out your clear intentions and goals for the coming year.

Because as Seneca said, "If a sailor doesn't know which shore to head for, no wind is the right one."

Let's joyfully lay a good foundation for the new year and say goodbye to 2022 with all its good and bad.

The process is designed to give us ample time for reflection before we get to setting our intentions.

I would never have done this first task. 

I could see all the things I had done in the past year. That was not present for me before. All the things I've accomplished and learned!

Looking back at 2020 was so important to my goals for the next year. It was cool that it all built on each other.


I wouldn't have done that on my own. I find it so valuable that you have offered this in this group. It's a new experience for me. I don't normally approach it that way. It's a good foundation. 

When I do it in the group, I don't feel like I need as much discipline, although of course I need it just as much. That's the key for me today. That's self-discipline, what it takes. It's not like I'm doing this for you guys. 

What you're assisting with, Klana is time management and 'I'll walk you through it.' That's great.


Through the meditation, among other things, I realized that I had done too little in the areas of relaxation and well-being in the past year and have now filled that in accordingly for the coming year. 

I would not have done it alone either.


I thought I was so overscheduled and had too many things to focus on. There are 2 big issues I want to tackle and realized it's not as much and chaotic as I thought.
I was able to structure it and to see where my priorities are. That takes a lot of pressure off of me.


With the meditation, images appeared to me. Very good to start from your Higher Self and not from the mind.


I realized in advance that I had some resistance before the workshop because I suspected that something would come up. I just let the pain be now, let me feel through and I am grateful that it could appear.


You'll need your calendar from 2022, maybe the photos on your phone, Facebook/Instagram timeline, or whatever helps you quickly flip through the past year for your review.

We use a pdf workbook that you can download and print. There's also a version you can write in directly on your computer. You will receive all the information you need, upon receipt of your payment.
